Brother Sun is a great "breakfast blend" that can excel as a drip coffee and really shine as cold brew showcasing Saint Frank's ongoing collaborations with inspiring producers in according to the season's harvests and offerings.
This particular rendition combines a begins with a special Harrar variety selection from Saint Frank's partners in Rwanda with the Cyimbili Farm and Washing Station. Alongside the Rwanda Cyimbili Harrar is the recently planted Parainema variety from their longtime partner Anael Enamorado in El Cedral Honduras.
